[2017.07.18]AOEO_CelesteB135~B136更新（商店撤销卖出物品、直接聊天交易、PVP平衡）

更新内容：
B135
- Vanity ticket reward has been fixed.
- Empty shop has been fixed (no moe yet).
- "Direct Chat Trade" is now enabled.
- You can now split item in inventory.
- You can now undo sell (only last sold item).
- Empire vault is now enabled (Members have 24 slots, Champion have 48 slots by default).
- PVP Balance patch update #pvp-balance-update.
- ...

Note : About chat issue, this update contains nothing about that becausei want to be sureits not due from provider server firewall.
Note 2 : Empire vault expand will come next update.

- Deploy new chat server (we hope issue will be totally gone with the old one).

本次更新内容的不负责任翻译：
- Vanity ticket奖励已修复
- 帝国商店已经修复 (no moe yet).
- 直接聊天交易已启用
- 可以拆分仓库物品
- 可以撤销最后一次售出商品
- Empire vault已经启用 (初始情况下 Members（普通成员） 有24插槽, Champion（赞助用户） 有48插槽).
- PVP平衡补丁更新 详见频道 #pvp-balance-update.

Note : 聊天频道相关问题修复没有包含在本次更新中，以便确认是否为服务提供商的防火墙导致的问题。
Note 2 : Empire vault expand（Empire vault的保险库扩展功能） 将会在下个更新到来。
- 部署新的聊天服务器 (我们希望旧的问题能够最终解决).
