程序分為Archive Viewer 及 File Converter ：
Archive Viewer 可以瀏覽 bar 檔案，內有 xmb （壓縮後的 xml 檔）、ddt （壓縮後的圖片）、vhs（動畫）、wav（音效）等等，以及其他雜項檔案。
File Converter 可以轉換 xmb 檔成為 xml、ddt 成為 tga，另外當然也支援逆向轉換。
