v2.0.0启动器界面功能翻译

!!!必须看这里!!!
注意0：此更新只是启动器更新，非游戏更新。此更新是B152（等同于v1.5.2）的后续版本
注意1：（可选，非必须，没看懂就不要管这条）使用v2.0.0.0补丁前可先覆盖B152补丁（如果是B152版本则不需要覆盖），可以加快启动器启动中校验游文件的速度。
注意2：（可选，游戏正常运行不要管这条）遇到xlive相关问题（游戏连接卡顿报错等）可以切换xlive版本，详见5楼。
注意3：更新启动器后启动会有会检查文件并可能提示更新，点击YES进行更新，详见6楼
注意4：（可选）由于带了文件校验会导致自定义游戏汉化和字体修改失效，解决方法是启动器更新完成后重新覆盖这些文件并使用命令行参数启动"Spartan.exe"。

New Features:

News Block: See latest news about Celeste directly from the launcher (WIP).
Game Scanner: Allow to easily install/update/repair game files (An quick scan will be run each time you launch the game using the launcher).
Updater: The launcher will now auto-update on start if a new version is available.

Note: Game update and launcher update will now be separate with those last two new features available to handle them.


Enhancements:
Common: UI Redesigned.
Login: Add Auto-Login option.
MP Settings: Add an option to set manually an IP ("Connection Type = Other").
MP Settings: Improve option "LAN Only".

新闻栏目：直接从启动器（WIP）查看有关Celeste的最新消息。
游戏扫描器：允许轻松安装/更新/修复游戏文件（每次使用启动器启动游戏时都会运行快速扫描）。
更新程序：如果新版本可用，启动程序现在将自动更新开始。

注意：游戏更新和启动程序更新将与最后两个可用于处理它们的新功能分开。


增强功能：
常见：UI重新设计。
登录：添加自动登录选项。
MP设置：添加一个选项来手动设置IP（“连接类型=其他”）。
MP设置：改进“仅限LAN”选项。

启动器Beta选项说明：

The new launcher will install by default the "non-Sparta" xlive less, to get the Sparta version you need to enable "Beta Update" in "Game Scanner" and run a "Game Scan" to install it.

新版启动器会默认安装“non-Sparta”（原版）xlive模块，如果有需要切换成"Sparta"版本的xlive可以在“Game Scanner”功能中启用“Beta Update”的选项，并点击“Game Scan”按钮进行安装。

启动器每次启动游戏会检查游戏文件是否是最新版本并做出提示，点击YES更新即可，出错请重新尝试（网络问题）
