高手解答收到的错误提示

我新换的电脑，安装完成后进入，弹出一串序列号（与我windows live里的游戏序列号相同），我在确认，然后收到提示“The product key you provided has already been registered to another LIVE profile. Please enter a valid product key or go back and choose a different Windows Live ID.

官网的回答是“This error indicates that the product key you entered has already been used on another LIVE profile. Unfortunately, you will only be able to use each individual product key with a single Games for Windows - LIVE profile. If you wish to have access to the game and content on multiple profiles, you will need to purchase a copy for each profile.”


我用自己的ID上windows live 能上 而且已经购买了帝国时代OL啊。为啥还要我再买一次序列号？如果非买不可的话怎么买？难道要我再申请一个账号？拿我以前玩的游戏进度岂不是都没了吗？

你不用重新购买，因为AOEol的主体游戏是免费的（只有你需要购买新的文明包或者强化包的时候是收费的），你只要用新的帐号重新下载一次AOEol就行了，Microsoft Games会替你绑定一个新的产品密钥的。
